Shopping

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes you can! You can call us during our business hours to place orders. If your call is not answered please leave a message with your contact information as well as when it is best to reach you and one of our representative will contact you as quickly as possible.

Do I have to have a credit card to place an order on Aquarium Crazy Fish?
If you are ordering directly from AquriumCrazyFish.com or over the phone, yes, you will need a credit card to complete you purchase. For your shopping convenience, Aquarium Crazy Fish does accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Can I pay by check or e-check?
Currently, Aquarium Crazy Fish does not accept payment via e-check. We are looking into setting up other online payment options other than credit cards.

What if you don't have the product(s) I want ?
Even though you will find a large selection of products and livestock at Aquarium Crazy Fish, in some cases we may not have the exact product or animal that you are looking for. In this case, please check back frequently as we are continually increasing the number of items and species that we carry. To inquire about availability please contact us using the information found below.

Can I check on the status of the order that I placed the other day?
You should have gotten an e-mail when your order was fulfilled stating the expected delivery date based on the information provided to us by the shipping agent. If further information is required please contact us using the information below. When doing so, please make sure to reference your order information as well as your contact information so that we can provide you with accurate order tracking information.

Shipping and Returns

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Live Rock & Sand:
All live rock and sand is shipped UPS 2nd Day Air AM. Cost is $1.20 per pound and will be delivered to your door by noon.

Livestock:
Standard Shipping Method: UPS 2nd Day Air AM at $38.00 per box. 6 to 8 items per box average.
Optional Shipping Method: UPS Next Day Air at $60.00 per box. Livestock guaranteed live delivery. 6 to 8 items per box average.

If you wish to use the Optional Shipping Method please specify that in the comments section at the bottom of the page. Aquarium Crazy Fish does not ship livestock outside the continental United States.

All Other Items:
$8.00 minimum shipping charge for insured UPS Ground service. Charges may vary for international orders. Customers are responsible for noting any expidited shipping requests in the comments section of the order form. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can only be sent UPS 2nd Day Air.

How long will it take to get my order?
All next-days shipments, orders must be received no later than 4:00P.M EST Monday through Thursday. Orders received later than 4 P.M. will be processed for shipment the following business day. Orders may be drop-shipped direct from the suppliers. Dry good orders will be shipped via standard ground delivery service unless otherwise specified. Livestock (including rock and sand) will be shipped via next-day or 2nd day service depending on the type of animals being shipped. Please keep in mind that items may be received separately. Delivery time on ground service orders will vary based on where the item is being shipped. Does Aquarium Crazy Fish share or sell my personal information?

Is it safe to shop with Aquarium Crazy Fish ?
Your transaction and any personal information that you may enter is on a secured server and will be kept completely confidential. Your transaction is likely to be more secure than if you were to give your credit card to someone at a restaurant or when ordering over the phone.
