Returns / Warranties
General Note on Product Warranties and Specifications
Product descriptions and specifications listed are based on the
claims of the manufacturers. Each product manufacturer maintains
responsibility over product claims as well as warranty and replacement
issues. Please refer to the specific disclaimers enclosed in product
packages, and be sure to fill out and submit any product registrations
directly to the product manufacturers. Aquarium Crazy Fish is
not liable or responsible for manufacturer defect or warranty
claims unless noted below.
CPR Aquatics
Every product comes with a 90-day unconditional guarantee. CPR
will replace or repair all merchandise that is defective due to
workmanship if returned within 180 days of the purchase date.
All returns must have RA# from CPR. Returns must include original
boxes, original packaging, all parts and all documentation for
a full refund. Returns not due to workmanship issues: credit will
be given relative to the condition of the returned goods. For
example, if the box is missing, a 10%-15% re-boxing fee will be
applied.
Aquanetics
All products carry a 1-year warranty against defects and workmanship.
Items will be repaired or replaced at the option of Aquanetics.
Exceptions include UV sterilizer bulbs, which are covered for
90 days from the date of purchase. Within this time frame, Aquarium
Crazy Fish should be contacted immediately upon discovery of a
faulty item. Aquarium Crazy Fish will mediate all warranty issues
on behalf of Aquanetics.
JBJ Lighting
Six month limited warranty. JBJ aquarium lighting system is warranted
to the original purchaser against defective material and workmanship
for 6 months from the date of original purchase. This warranty
is valid only under the following conditions: additions, modifications,
or changes made to the lighting system by the purchaser and not
by the manufacturer shall void this warranty. Damages brought
on by abuse, misapplication, or mishandling also voids this warranty.
Broken or cracked bulbs are not warranted and will not be replaced.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the lighting
system at the discretion of the manufacturer. This warranty does
not cover personal injury, property loss, including livestock
or damage (direct, incidental, or consequential) arising out of
use of this product. This warranty gives you specific rights and
you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
The warranty card must be filled out completely and returned within
(14) days from the date of purchase. Failure to do so will void
this warranty. A proof of purchase from an authorized dealer must
be provided when making a warranty claim. Upon discovery of a
defect, the lighting system should be sent prepaid to:

Oasis Aqautic Manufacturing
Merchandise must be returned freight pre-paid to Aquarium Crazy
Fish, and is subject to a 15% handling charge. Please follow all
Aquarium Crazy Fish return policies.
Rio/TAAM
Rio pumps carry a 180-day warranty. If a problem arises within the
first 30 days, contact Aquarium Crazy Fish for return and replacement
options. After 30 days from the date of purchase, TAAM, the manufacturer
must be contacted directly for a return authorization number.
ViaAqua Aqua Pumps
Commodity Axis, Inc. warrants that the ViaAqua Aqua Pump and Powerheads
are free from defects for a period of one year from the initial
date of purchase shown in the original cash register receipt.
Commodity Axis, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or
implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties
of merchantability and /or fitness for a particular purpose. Although
this limited warranty gies you specific rights, you may have other
rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty is void
if the failure of the ViaAqua Aqua Pump and Powerheads or any
part, sealant or component thereof is due to (i) misuse, (ii)
tampering, (iii) negligence, (iv) misapplication, (v) abuse, (vi)
accident and /or (vii) a failure to properly (a) maintain, (b)
clean, (c) pre-filter, (d) reassemble, (e) submerge, and/or (f)
use the ViaAqua Aqua Pump and Powerheads with a Ground Fault Circuit
Interrupter (GFCI).
Helios Light Fixtures
Commodity Axis, Inc. warrants that Helios light fixtures
are free from defects for a period of one year from the initial
date of purchase shown in the original cash register receipt.
Commodity Axis, Inc. disclaims all other warranties of merchantability
and/or fitness for a particular purpose. Although this limited
warranty give you specific rights, you may have other rights that
may vary from state to state. This warranty is void if the failure
of the Helios light fixture or any part, sealant, or component
there of is due to (i) misuse, (ii) tampering, (iii) negligence,
(iv) misapplication, (v) abuse, (vi) accident and /or (vii) a
failure to properly (a) maintain, (b) clean, (c) reassemble, (d)
submerge, and/or use the Helios light fixture with a Ground Fault
Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).
Commodity Axis Inc. entire Liability and your sole exclusive remedy
be, either repair or replacement of the Helios light fixture only
if you return the defective Helios light fixture directly to Commodity
Axis, Inc. with the original receipt in the original box alond
with $10.00 for shipping and handling. Do Not send Helios light
fixture by insured mail. Helios light fixture may be sent by UPS
requiring signature upon arrival. Any replacement Helios light
fixture wil be warranted for remaining of the original warranty
period. In no event shall any shipping charges be reimbursed.
In no event will Commodity Axis, Inc. be liable for any consequential
or incidental damages including, but not limited to, loss of life,
personal injury, property damage, damaged equipment, lost profits,
lost wages, lost savings, lost income, etc. arising out of the
use of the Helios light fixture. some stated do not allow for
the limitationor exclusion for incidental or consequential damages,
so the above exclusino may not apply to you. Contact Commodity

Pacific Coast Imports, Inc.
Your product is covered for one full year from date of purchase
for manufacture defects. Warranty information must be filled out
and mailed back with a copy of purchase receipt within 30 days
of purchase for warranty to be in effect.

Damaged Merchandise
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within
48 hours of arrival. We will file the damage claim with the carrier
on your behalf. It is important that you do not discard the damaged
item or the packing material. The carrier may choose to pick up
the damaged item for inspection. In this event, the carrier will
contact you within 7 to 10 business days after the claim has been
filed. Otherwise, we will send a prepaid return label to pick
up the damaged item for internal inspection. Once the claim has
been filed, we will reship you the replacement item via the same
shipping method that the original item was shipped.
Order Cancelation and Returns
Aquarium Crazy Fish offers a 10 day money back guarantee starting
from the invoice date. All items must be unused, in new condition
and in there original unmarked packaging. Prior to returning an
item please contact us so we are aware of the return. The return
freight must be prepaid and the package insured for the appropriate
amount.
No return, refund, or exchange will be accepted after 10 days
from the invoice date.
No return, refund, or exchange on additives, test kits, softwares,
books and any livestock orders.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
We will not issue credit or refund for damaged items due to improper
packaging.
All original boxes and product paperwork must be included to receive
a credit or refund.
All returned items will be inspected prior to credit or refund.
Orders cannot be cancel after they have been shipped. Refused
orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return freight
charge. Orders cannot be cancel or refused due to delay in shipping.
Livestock
Aquarium Crazy Fish guarantees live arrival of all livestock,
under the condition that it is accepted or picked up in a timely
fashion. Specifically, the customer must receive the shipment
upon the first delivery attempt. Aquarium Crazy Fish is not responsible
for loss due to failed delivery attempts. Contact us immediately
if a scheduled delivery fails to occur. No returns will be accepted
for livestock, live rock or sand orders.
Shipping
For next-day shipments, orders must be received no later than
2:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday. Orders received later than
2:00 PM will be processed for shipment the following day. Orders
may be drop-shipped direct from the suppliers. Dry good orders
will be shipped via standard ground delivery unless otherwise
specified at the time of order. Livestock (including rock and
sand) will be shipped via Next Day or 2nd Day service. Please
keep in mind that items may be received separately. Livestock
orders can only be shipped within the continental United States.
Sales Tax
Residents of Illinois will be charged 8.25% sales tax on all purchases.
Customers residing outside of Illinois are exempt of sales tax.
