"After picking up a sample of Apple Jack at the 1998 Midwest Horse Fair, I fed it to my 7 year old AQHA mare. She had a very dull hair coat and she would not eat anything but hay and oats. I mixed the Apple Jack with her oats and she ate it! Now she looks for her grain at night because she knows she is going to get her Apple Jack. She has the most wonderful shiny coat, no dry skin and looks great! She also is keeping weight on well and is in better shape."

"I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you what a wonderful product your Apple Jack has proven to be. We have a 4 year old Thoroughbred, recently off the race track in Florida. Since we bought him, we have had a tough time maintaining a healthy body weight. He was also a very thin skinned, short haired horse and we were concerned about how well he would do in the cold midwest winter.

Apple Jack was recommended by a friend and we started him on it in Mid-October. Within weeks we noticed great improvement in his coat, it was coming in fuller, softer and gave him a great appearance. A couple weeks before we started the Apple Jack, the horse had injured his rear leg out in the pasture and had a slow healing deep cut on his leg. Again, within a short time of starting the Apple Jack, he began to heal at a more rapid pace as well. And we are thrilled that he is now maintaining a good body weight without having to increase his grain intake or give him a product which makes him hot and testy! He loves the taste of the Apple Jack, and we love the smell!! About Apple Jack
"I want to thank you for introducing me to Ensoy and your product Apple Jack. My husband and I run a small Arabian breeding facility and boarding stable. I am very conscientious of the horses in my care, (my own or boarders). I just had to let you know of a couple of particular horses. One of mine and the other is a boarder. My Arabian, an 18 year old mare, which I received 2 years ago, was going to be put down. I was told she had the heaves, and was under weight by approximately 350 pounds. The last 2 years I gave her vitamins and watered her hay everyday. My vet had her on asthma medicine. She started to improve, gained a little weight back, then went down hill again and had a real severe strep infection in her lungs. We finally got her through this crisis but she lost more weight again.
In November of 1997, she started to cough again and wasn't eating very well. She started breathing very hard. Many nights, I sat up with her thinking she wouldn't make it through the night. We then had her tested for allergies. It came back and she was allergic to 29 things. We started her on allergenic extract injections. We have had good days and bad days with her since starting in April on the injections. She had again lost weight and the vet said he guessed her weight to be around 550 pounds and she was weak. I have tried everything to entice her to eat, including special feed, top dressing with apple sauce, molasses, sugar, carrots and calf mana to name a few. I did send to South Carolina for some full fat extruded soybean meal. Her eating was very sporadic, 2 days eating good, 1 day a little, 1 day almost nothing and very little hay. Out in the pasture, she would graze for half an hour and she would stand the sick horse stance.
Thursday evening after meeting with your salesman, Ken, on July 16th, I put about half a cup of Apple Jack on her feed. She started eating and cleaned up her whole portion. The next morning, the same thing. She has eaten every meal not leaving a crumb since adding the Apple Jack to her feed. She is also eating 3 slices of hay each evening. On July 24th, exactly 1 week after first trying Apple Jack, I took her out to the pasture in the morning, removed her halter and I stood in awe and in tears as I watched her turn and canter and trot out to her pasture mate. This is the first time she has cantered, trotted or walked fast since November of 1997. Granted the allergy shots are making her breathe easier but to see her appetite returning and to have a real interest in her food is amazing and a dream come true. Thank you Ken and Ensoy".
"I board a 31 year old Moorage. He came to me quite thin, ribs showing, hip bones protruding. He had a hard time chewing. He also looked sway backed. I asked the feed rep what to doand he said feed him senior feed but not to expect to fix the hip bones with weight. I put warm water on his feed to soften it. This helped and he started to gain but he has been the same now for 8 months. I also started giving him some Ensoy Apple Jack. He is now gaining over his hips and rump. No ribs are showing and he has put weight back on his back so he doesn't appear as sway backed. His owner came to see him on Saturday, June 25th. She hadn't seen him for 3 weeks. She had to look around the pasture for him because she was looking for a thin sway backed Bay horse and couldn't find one.
