Sixties music - can you remember the early
sixties songs about a caveman,a bikini, or a lion?
Or later sixties about a train ride, plane ride,or a PTA
meeting? Just wait, it will come back as you go back in
   time with Baby Boom Memories.

On  seeing the  Beatles on The Ed Sullivan Show - "I think
what got to me more than anything else was the audience.
The girls were screaming at the top of their lungs, and    By James Murphy
some appeared to be ready to faint from the hysteria.
Meanwhile,  the four  Beatles seemed to be enjoying  all the commotion,
just smiling and belting out  their songs.  I  became  an  instant fan.  I
studied each of  their movements  carefully,  like Paul  playing with his
feet  together and moving his head  from side  to side.  He seemed to
get the loudest screams when the camera was on him and smiled the
most.  Ringo also appeared to be very happy with the frenzy,...".
"Needless to say, I was finished with Rick Nelson.  I paid seventy
nine cents and got my first Beatles  45  record,  I Want To Hold
Your Hand  on one side and  I Saw Her Standing There on the
other. I listened to those two songs for hours and stared at
the little  jacket  the record came in, the  one with  the
picture of them posed around a chair, Paul McCartney
                                   holding a cigarette."
