You offer books and/or ebooks. Are both versions available for each
book?
A: The way or ways each book is available is listed with the rest
of the information about it. Both versions are not always available.
When only an ebook is available, it is because the author hopes
to sell enough to generate revenue and interest to go ahead and
invest in self-publishing. Once an author has published, an ebook
isn't really necessary. Some authors will choose to continue offering
both versions, some won't. Some choose to never offer an ebook at
all. These are individual decisions. I select authors because I
really like their writing. They have the final say as to how I present
their work, and that will vary.

What is an ebook?
A: An ebook is an electronic version of a book. Buy one, and it
is downloaded onto your computer. In case you need it, a link to
free software for reading downloads is provided when you order.

I wrote a book. Are you interested in putting it on your website?
A: Quite possibly. I am looking for some of "tomorrow's
undiscovered authors." My criteria is subjective: I have to
feel that I can sell the book. So it must not only be well written,
but I have to like it enough to do a good job of marketing it. For
you and I to find out if you've written that book, go to the contact
page and send me a query. Based on that, I'll decide if I should
review your manuscript, and we'll go from there!

Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Q:
Can I send a check instead?
A: Yes. Simply print out the order form when you are done shopping.
Then go to the contact page. Send me
an e-mail that you wish to order via mail, along with any questions.
I'll respond with an address to mail your check and order form to,
and answer any questions.
Q:
Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Only Pennsylvania residents need pay sales tax. Add 6% tax to
your order.

What about shipping?
A: For shipping and handling of printed books, check the chart below.
There are no shipping or handling charges for ebooks.

Q: What if I don't like the book? Can I return
it?
A: A printed book can be returned so long as it is in new condition,
within 2 weeks of receipt, for a refund. An ebook downloaded to
your hard drive cannot be returned. In any case, I strive to describe
the books well enough for you to decide if it is something you will
enjoy before you buy. Unless you are already certain you want a
book, take advantage of the free read.
