PRIVACY - We have a strict privacy policy here at Racingcows Enterprises. Our cows do not even dare challenge this policy. We will not under any circumstances share our customer information with any individuals, companies, or likewise association. It is our policy to keep you as customers and will work until the cows come to keep it that way. Occasionally we send out emails with new products and announcements, but it is occasional and if you wish to be excluded from these mailings, just send an email specifying for us to remove you from our list.

RETURN POLICY - Our return policy is simple. Send us an email before you send the product back. Include the item description, date purchased, the problem with the product, and the action you would like taken (refund, exchange). We will reply shortly after with instructions. Do not send us the product first. It will be sent back to you. We do require the pre-approval. We do believe our products are high and quality and you should not have any need to return or products. We inspect each product before shipment to make sure we do not ship anything broken or damaged. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on collectibles. We highly encourage insurance on these items for shipment. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, feel free to contact us.

MANUFACTURERS/VENDORS - I f you are a manufacturer or vendor, and would like us to carry your products, send us an email. Include a description, price information, minimum order requirements, and a picture. We will contact you to discuss your product and if we do not already have one, will ask to see an example. We do not ask for free samples, we will pay for it, but we will request only one to examine the quality of the product. We carry only high quality cows and merchandise. If you would like to know about our vendors, we do not disclose that information.
