What is your return policy?

We guarantee your satisfaction. We will fully refund your purchase for any reason what-so-ever within the first 30 days. Contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning the item(s). The items returned must be in good condition. The refund will be for the price of the merchandise only. All warranty claims must be submitted with a copy of the original sales receipt to be valid. We cannot warranty items returned without a sales receipt!

What is your warrantee policy?

We fully guarantee the quality of our product. Under normal use, they hold up very well. In the event of poor quality or performance please contact us for satisfactory resolution. We know we produce a quality item, and want you to be 100 per cent satisfied. We will replace any defective merchandise within the first 30 days. The mechanical parts of the pens/pencils are guaranteed for 1 year. The 24 kt gold plated pieces come with a lifetime guaranteed. Contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning the item(s). If a problem occurs after 30 days that is not related to the mechanical parts of the pens/pencils, contact us and we will work out a satisfactory resolution.

Are any colors in the woods achieved by staining?

We currently use about 20 different woods. These woods are domestic and exotic. These woods offer various textures, colors, and workability. NO stains, dyes, or paints are used to obtain the spectacular color variations. The colors are natural wood colors. After turning the individual pieces, several coats of finish are applied while still on the lathe to provide a hard, high gloss finish.

If I order several items of the same wood, will they look identical?

No two pieces of wood are identical, even if they are cut from the same log. One of the special qualities of buying wooden products is that each piece of wood is unique in is grain pattern and coloration. An attempt will be made to match the items as close a possible.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We have a large inventory of wood on hand. This should allow most orders to be shipped within 5-7 days after payment is received. For orders that contain large quantities we will inform you of the estimated turnaround time.

When is payment expected?

Payment must be received before the order is shipped.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept credit cards, checks and money orders. You may pay online or by mail. There is a 7 day waiting period for checks.

How are the items shipped?

There is a standard $3.00 shipping and handling per order of up to 5 pen or pencils. On orders bigger there will be $.50 per pen or pencil addition. The standard shipping method is by priority mail. Other shipping methods will be quoted upon request. Insurance is an optional cost.
