Shipping

How long does it take for the gift to arrive?

We offer Standard USPS for shipping methods and delivery times.

We normally ship within 7-10 days (holidays excluded) from the time your completed order information is received. If your item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.

Do you offer "RUSH" Shipping?

For USPS Express Mail, USPS OverNight or FEDEX Delivery
...Either type your request in the "COMMENTS SECTION" of the Billing Screen, call 323 292-0213 or email storytimebooks@att.net for price quotes.

(USPS Express Mail rates start at $16.50).
** Please note, these charges will be billed in addition to the standard shipping charge for STP Gift Service.

Do you accept International orders?
We do ship Internationally, to Mexico and to Canada via USPS Global Priority Mail Service. Rates start at $11.95. If you prefer a different method (such as Airmail) please make a note in the "COMMENTS SECTION" of the Billing Screen.

Taxes

We collect 9.75% California State Sales Tax when the billing address is within California.

Credit Cards Accepted

Please note that we accept Mastercard and VISA.
**The billing address for the online order request must be the same as the actual Mastercard or VISA credit card billing address.

Return Policies

* For personalized items...all sales are final. Please check your spelling before submitting the order. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information or spelling supplied by you. If however, we make a mistake, we will gladly replace the item. We will also fix an error/mistake made by you for a nominal charge, contact us for details.

* Pewter Frames, Fish Tanks and Canvas Totebags will be excepted for return minus S&H and a 20% restocking fee.
