In January, after an especially jolly Christmas , I weighed in at 164 and was pushing size 16. I have been using Chroma-Therm for about 4 months. I started using Chroma-Therm because I was told "It Works".   I have tried to lose weight off and on for many years.  About 6 years ago I started taking a MLM product, it was expensive and I had to buy $100 a month of their total products, but I did lose weight - Boy was I happy - and I felt good because I looked better.  I went from 210 lbs to 190 lbs.

Then a few years later I started gaining weight again, still taking the same MLM product at the same high price.  I would exercise, cut back on food, but nothing worked.
