FAQ What assembly is required for the fountains? All pumps are included. The fountains are already assembled and are ready to plug into a standard outlet (110V). The only exception is any fountain with a light fixture. This would require minimal assembly. All hardware is included for the lights as well as the instructions. What maintenance would be required? Minimal care is required if the fountain is properly maintained. To avoid deposits, it is recommended that the fountain run continuously with bottled or distilled water only. Vinegar, lemon or limejuice mixed with water is recommended for cleaning the fountains. The water level for the fountains should always be maintained above the pump to ensure proper functioning. In order to keep the fountain clean and operating properly, add water regularly to replace any evaporation. For outdoor fountain usage, if temperatures are freezing or below, we recommend draining the water fountain to avoid cracking. For safety purposes, fountains with lights are not recommended for outdoor use. How are the fountains shipped? Depending on the size and weight of the fountain, the method of shipping is either UPS or CWX. Please expect 2-4 weeks for delivery. There are no charges to the customer for the shipping or handling of the items. What is the return policy? We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We ask that you notify us within seven (7) days for return authorization. The item must be returned in its original container within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us at contact@bellafountains.com for a return authorization number and return address. You will receive full reimbursement for the return shipping on damaged items. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. |
