condition before shipping. In any case,
the customer must pay the postage to return the item.

3. If the item is not in stock, Musicians For Musicians, INC. will let the customer know either by email or by phone so that they can make an informed decision. If a money transaction was taken from the customer, in this case, it shall be returned to them.
In most cases, out of stock items, shall be listed on
the web page so that customers can make the decision before they order.

If a customer orders an
item, that is discontinued, their account shall be
Refunded. The
customer will be contacted by email or phone.
5. Returns for money will not be made if the customer damages the product.
