This property has a great view, open grassland, and is fenced on three sides.

The property is close to good fishing at Wannacut and Spectacle Lakes. You can cool down at Lake Osoyoos in Oroville as you picnic or water ski for the afternoon. You are also very close to the Okanogan National Forest for wonderful hunting.
