THE AUTHOR

As a clinical nutritionist for 17 years, Susan has worked with hundreds of clients to attain weight loss, weight maintenance, fitness and health.

At the Medical Wellness Center in Westlake Village, patients successfully decreased their osteoporosis, symptoms of diabetes, menopause, P.M.S., and attained successful weight loss by using Susan Hoag Stophel's food programs.

At Body Venture Fitness Centers in Simi Valley, Camarillo and Santa Clarita, through Susan's eating programs and Body Venture's exercise programs, women reached their weight loss goals and became more beautiful.

Susan has written "The Ten Lb. Loss Challenge and Beyond Program (100,000 copies published by Women's Workout World, based in Chicago with 22 locations across the United States). She has taught at the Learning Tree University "Think Like a Thin Person" and California Lutheran University "Eating Strategies for the 90's."
