Home Improvement Companies or Builders who submit pictures of 3 or more projects will receive a business listing FREE for 1 year in our Home Improvement Business Directory coming to this site soon!
Past history shows that this site will be visited 100,000 or more times in the next year. We anticipate that builders in our directory will receive a good number of quality leads.
Owners of all entries that are published will receive a FREE copy of the publication and their name or business name if desired will be printed in the back of the publication with address and phone number. The long term value of this opportunity to a builer is phenominal and never before offered by any publisher.

Most or all other home improvement books no matter the category contain pictures and projects that are either:
1.) Repeated from another publication.
2.) Built in the late 60's and 70's.
3.) Built on extraordinary houses and building sites.

JUDGING


The staff of Home Enhancement Publishers will judge all entries based upon design, craftsmanship and the feasibility that the project would be chosen for reproduction on or in typical American and Canadian homes through the sales of HEP publications.

Winning entries from each category will range from basic to extravagant. The pictures and designs published in HEP publications need to attract home owners with varying income levels and builders with varying building skills.


ENTRY REQUIREMENTS


* All entries must be received within 30 days
- 2 to 8 color pictures of project. ( All sizes- horizontal or vertical will be accepted.) Projects are not judged based on photography. HEP will request additional pictures when needed for publishing.
- Complete and clip printed form at end of page to each group of entry pictures.
- Explain the project materials and for interior decorating entrees include paint and stain colors and manufactures if available.
- A basic design drawing in 1/4" or 3/16" scale, with general dimensions and usage of areas noted. HEP's art department will redraw winning projects before publication. Drawing are required for only some categories but are accepted for any categories for which it may be applicable for.


Pictures will not be returned. Non prevailing entries may be printed in future publications. The entry itself serves as permission to reprint submissions. HEP assumes that all entries are the property of the resident or the work of the builder with all rights granted herein. HEP is not liable for copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Builders submitting pictures of a customers residence will be sent a permission to print form to be signed by their customer prior to publishing.
