Brenda Williams
Revisiting the ceremony of Afternoon Tea gives us a way to experience the graciousness and charm of times past; and to incorporate this historic gentilty into today's casual lifestyle.
Brenda Williams was born and raised in England. She moved to Canada in 1966, and then to the United States (Denver, Colorado) in 1980. Three years later, Brenda opened a tearoom in Denver.
During her time in colorado, she was on the board of the Colorado Food Association, which was overseen by the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Brenda also taught English Afternoon teas classes for the Denver Free University. In 1989, she began manufacturing her own scone mix, preserves, lemon curd mix and stuffing mixes. These products were sold throughout the United States.
Brenda sold her Denver tearoom in 1996, and relocated to Surprise, Arizona, where she proudly offers Brenda's English Afternoon Tea.
