Cocoa Amore Wins Award of Excellence
From the American
Tasting Institute!
The National Board of the American Tasting Institute announced in March, 2001 that four Cocoa Amore flavors, Chocolate Raspberry , Chocolate Supreme, Chocolate Gingerbread and White Chocolate, have been awarded The American Taste Award of Excellence.
The American Tasting Institute was founded in 1993 as a private organization by Chef Jesse Sartain and his professional colleagues to promote taste, safety and nutritional standards. Their decisions guide consumers and food service buyers to better products. The "blind" judgings were conducted by a panel of professional chefs in San Francisco. The cocoas were judged on taste, appearance and freshness. All of the cocoas were judged "excellent" in all categories. "Taste is our principle criterion," Sartain commented.

Empty entire contents of packet into a cup,
add 6 ounces of hot water and stir.

- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 pkt. Cocoa Amore Chocolate Supreme
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
Put all ingredients in a blender.
