ABOUT THE PLANNER

Mr. Griffith, P.E., DCFS, has more than 20 years experience in Land Planing and project management, the design and analysis of major subdivisions; which includes paving, waste water (sewer and on site septic systems), water, wetlands delineation, preparation of environmental impact statements, 404 permitting, amenities, stormwater detention facilities, studies for levee protection and flood plain delineation when required by law; in addition to the designs of general civil, mechanical (pump stations), structures, foundations and hydraulic systems (drainage, sewer and water).
