Yoga is a timeless pragmatic science evolved over thousands of years dealing with the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of the human as a whole. Yoga postures are directed to the internal organs, to the glands of internal secretion and the nerve plexuses with which they are closely connected.

Yoga is a combination of breathing, stretching and concentration. When we practice the postures and the breathing exercises and stay in the "NOW", we are getting closer and closer to the state of union which is yoga. When we are in the moment (focus) we become masters of any task. There is harmony in the mind, body and spirit and the struggles with self melt away. Yoga teaches you to control stress. Yoga is a tool for self-awareness and a better quality of living.
