General Policies
We normally ship within 3-5 days from the time your completed order information is received. If your item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Policies
We offer Standard USPS for shipping methods and delivery times.
For USPS Express Mail Delivery or OverNight Delivery...Rates start at $14.40. Type in "COMMENTS SECTION" of Billing Screen and charges will be added to your invoice after submitting.
If order is being sent to Mexico, Canada or Internationally, you will receive an email to advise you of the additional shipping charges (if applicable). Global Priority Flat Rate charges start at $9.30.

Taxes
We collect 8.25% California state sales tax when the billing address is within California.

Return Policies
Because of personalization in the books...all sales are final. Please check your spelling before submitting the order. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information or spelling supplied by you. If however, we make a mistake, we will gladly replace the item. We will also fix an error/mistake made by you for a nominal replacement charge, contact us for details.
